LEAPFROG TALENT ACCELERATOR – C-SUITE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Understanding your own leadership style and effect it has on your organisation is a key component in becoming a successful leader.
We have partnered with LeapFrog Investments to develop C-Suite talent within their portfolio companies, equipping them with the skills needed to lead their organisations into the future. Over three days we worked with 12 leaders from across the emerging markets, helping them develop insights into themselves and their organisations.
LEAPFROG TALENT ACCELERATOR – MIDDLE MANAGEMENT LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Our collaboration with LeapFrog Investments continued with the development of Middle-Management talent within their portfolio companies. Over three days we worked with 30 leaders from across the emerging markets, helping them develop insights into themselves and their organisations.
THE COOKERY SCHOOL – IMMERSIVE LEARNING
We believe that by immersing our clients in simulated situations we’re able to create a microcosm of their organisations, from which we can extract real insight. We use this immersive approach as part of ongoing engagements.
We work with a fantastic, sustainable cookery school to create a cooking experience through which teams and leaders can get insight into their behaviour. By placing individuals in the situation of a high pressured kitchen, we’re able to deconstruct what happens in the workplace and extract key learning for leaders and teams. We work with our clients to ensure that the situation closely mirrors their environment and tailor the session to suit their needs.
